Introducing my new niece, Raena Truth Henson born at 11:16 Saturday. She was 8 lbs 10 oz 21 1/2 inches long. Her two older sisters are thrilled...as well as her parents for this precious gift from God. I get to go see her the week after Thanksgiving!
As of now we are still praying for her to be able to get out of NICU. First she was monitored b/c her mom was diabetic. Now they are holding her because of her bili levels. The hospital is 40 minutes from my sister's house and although they have been staying there it is hard to be away from their other girls (who can't come in b/c of the N1H1 virus). Please pray she will be released soon!
I have another praise I will insert here though... Mike's mom has been having a lot of trouble with her liver numbers and they were afraid her liver was shutting down due to some strong medicine she takes for her lupus. After 3 weeks of testing they have ruled that out and her liver seems fine at this time. Praise the Lord!
