Job 37:5-7 God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’; Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength. He seals the hand of every man, That all men may know His work.

Fellowship Baptist in Tama IA
During our short weekend in Tama, IA we actually got to stay with three families. It was nice to get to know the church people more this way, although we were quite tired. This was our last of 23 meetings this year. Abe has been getting his one year molars and has not been sleeping through the nights. Then Saturday night after being up with Abe in the middle of the night, Caleb woke me up at 6 am gagging and telling me his stomach hurt. I quickly replied, "Run to the bathroom." (He made it in case you were wondering). Well then we had to decide what to do with a sick boy, and no "home" to keep him at. We found a room in the back of the church where I sat with him. We were thankful that by the time we started travelling at 3 he had stopped vomiting and was feeling much better. Anyway till then we had a great time. Friday night we were able to go to an Indian church dinner benefit and have deep fried tacos...good! That night we stayed at a house on an old campground. In the morning we were able to take 4 wheeler rides, feed the kittens and Caleb and I enjoyed a walk around the lake. For lunch and the rest of the afternoon we visited with former teacher and friends, the Jankes. Then to another family's house for the evening. Mike was able to present in SS. We also saw some other former Northland students, which is always neat. Right as we got to Tama our van began having trouble shifting into the right gear. There was a lot on our mind and we were praying for many things as we took off Sunday afternoon...for Caleb's health, for our van to make it to Chicago, and for our new little niece to get out of NICU. The Lord is Good...I will share more soon!
