My last year in my 20's

I have had such a great birthday weekend, although not many pictures to document it. Mike had plans for us to go to a water park today but the prices were increasing to summer rates so Friday morning while I was cleaning church he came and took us out for an afternoon of water and sun. None of the big slides were open but a play pirate ship that had slides and water coming out every side and it was surrounded by a lazy river. It was so much fun but Mike is still hurting from his sunburn.
Saturday morning we took the boys to their first parade about 20 min away. It was mostly political fancy cars and really hot but the boys came home with LOTS of candy. There was a pirate ship with a very loud canon...Caleb was not thrilled with the loudness..a local photographer took our picture but I could not find it on his website and I had my camera both days but didn't take any pictures..aauugghh!
Today I got cheese danish for breakfast and the boys sang to me first thing then we went to the grocery store, worked on laundry until lunch time. Mike took off and took us to Red Lobster..I'm not a seafood fan but enjoy the chicken, cheese sticks, biscuits (hungry yet?) Titus ended up throwing up during lunch but we are pretty sure it was the drink (Mike tasted it and it was just like syrup). We proceeded to go to the mall where I spent quite a bit of birthday money at the Motherhood store...getting a much needed bathing suit and carpi's. I got so many nice cards and messages today. Mike even wrote here on my blog and really spend a lot of time making my day special. After the boys long naps he made dinner and then we had brownies and ice cream for dessert. We also spent some time at the playground tonight. It was a wonderful day! The boys got me a recipe book and Mike a connection for my phone so I can listen to the music, calls via headphones. Holly sent me a New Zealand calendar.
In New Zealand today they celebrated the Queen's birthday. We are cheering for the Red Wings tonight as well...if they win tonight they get the cup but the Penguins just tied it up with 30 sec left so they are going to overtime.
