It's funny how many people were wishing for a girl for us this time around, but we couldn't be more excited to be having our third boy. I love my boys so much and this Mother's day weekend was very special. Saturday morning we had a ladies brunch then I came home to the boys making me shoo-fly pies...my favorite, flowers, and a gift bag. It was very nice of them to do all these wonderful things but I'm just so thankful God has blessed me with such a wonderful husband and two great boys. Today we had a nice service then a pork loin dinner and naps. Caleb read me a book, then we played some Candyland. I also got to talk to my mom. I love her so much and think about all she did to raise me and my 5 siblings..she's incredible in my book. I wish we could spend more time together but I know we are both faithfully serving God where he has us. I am also thankful for Mike's mom who did a great job raising my wonderful husband and she is a very involved loving grandma to the boys. I pray this year I can become even more of the excellent women/wife/mom God wants me to be.
