Our non-eventful week

What was going to be a "nothing going on week" turned out to be a super busy, fun week! I'm so tired but got a nap today, which helped. Sunday night my sister Laura asked what we had going on this week - my reply...nothing (you know hardly anything extra) so then Monday morning she calls and says she is on her way! We had nursing home Monday night. Tuesday we went to the zoo in the morning - saw the new baby Bongo. She helped me clean the church then after dinner we went mini-golfing. Mike won but I did get a hole in one! Wednesday morning we went to Little Talbot island, we were the only ones there, we mostly stayed on the blanket, due to Titus' fears but did take a walk at the end and Caleb got into the water jumping the waves and begging to stay in longer. Today it got up to the 90's, all week it was been really nice and warm, no rain, and I've gotten some sun. I used to always be the palest sister living in WI for 6 yrs then Buffalo for 3. I love the warmth and sun! It was really nice having the extra help and seeing family. Laura, Caleb, and Mike all got to feel the baby kicking this week. Laura had to leave this morning to work tonight, and all weekend. Then May 15th she is going on a Medical missions trip to Uganda. Please keep her in your prayers. Following that she will be working the summer again at the Wilds as a camp nurse. My sister Holly is as well and Whitney is going to be a Red team counselor. Thanks for coming Laura! We Love you!

Looks like you had an eventful week. It's always nice to spend time with family. I can't believe how many times you go to the zoo. The water park looks like fun!

I've been meaning to ask, how is the hooked on phonics going? We've contemplated on getting it but it seems expensive. What is your take on it?

Have a great day and congrats on another boy!

What an unexpectedly fun week you've had! You are so fortunate to have your sisters close enough to come visit you occasionally. Enjoy the lovely weather!
