I don't feel like I've ever had a lot of friends in my life but the Lord has blessed me with a few close godly friends all through my life. Thankfully my sisters are some of those and then there are two others that come to mind that are like-minded, refreshing, and encourage me in my spiritual walk. When I went to NBBC a sophomore took me under her wing and our friendship grew and grew and we still are great friends - that would be Melanie Harper. Then when we moved to Fl I met her sister in law - Joanna. Although they are related only by marriage I have found the same character and good friend in her. Her and her husband were youth sponsors when we got here so we got to spend a lot of time together, now she has a baby and things are busier for us. So I was so excited when she was able to go with us to the zoo this week. It was a lot of fun but still not near enough time together. Good friends are like that!
