Job 37:5-7 God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’; Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength. He seals the hand of every man, That all men may know His work.

Pumpkin Face Family Night
Caleb was so excited that today we were going to put a face on the pumpkin we bought like 2 weeks ago. He talked about it all day and what kind of face it would be . .he wanted scary but teeth and then he thought about making an O mouth . . .I thought he would draw the face and Mike would cut it, but he didn't want to . . So then I thought maybe he would want to scoop out the "guts" - no way . . . so we ended up watching Mike do the whole thing he didn't even want to put the candle in because he would get yucky (he threw it in). That's my Caleb for you though . . . here is his ooh yuck face and other pictures from the evening. After pumpkin carving we ate a yummy waffle and sausage dinner had baths, and then watched Charlotte's Web. It was a nice family evening.

GREAT pictures! What's with little kids being infatuated with candle lights? Chloe just wanted to stare at our pumpkin's candle for what seemed like forever. We didn't save the guts this year - are you baking the pumpkin seeds?
those are really cute pictures. carving pumpkins is so much fun. jason and i went up to my brother's house monday night and helped their kids with their pumpkins. it is so fun to make such special memories with them.
