"I want to marry daddy . . . "

This was a favorite song of mine growing up - I love my daddy so much. There are so many things I admire and respect him for. My day would definitely be considered a "Renaissance man" - He is a fabulous cook, cake decorator, husband, gardener, farmer, artist, welder, dad of 5 girls and a boy and so much more! He an outdoors nature and animal lover - and I have probably learned more about science from him then in school. My dad used to raise sheep and b/c of that I love Ps 23 when I think of the Shepherds love which shows in their time and care. I most thankful for the selfless, servant my dad is - he is such a giver and meets needs when he sees them.
My dad consistently challenged me in my spiritual walk with the Lord not allowing me to be comfortable but to always be growing and changing to be more like Christ. I know my parents made a lot of sacrifices to have our family live on a farm, be Conservative Christians and attend a Christian school. I am so thankful for them and I send my very best wishes to you dad! I LOVE YOU! Wish you could have come and visited again this year . . . so much more could be said but I do hope you have a really great day.
