3 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups freshly brewed coffee
Heat milk in saucepan on low hear until warm, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and coffee. (Makes 4 large cups. (Use 1/4 tsp. almond instead of vanilla if you prefer)
We used vanilla coffee and added sugar afterward - it was yummy!!!
This week Mike also tried out his Wok - we made sesame chicken, next week cashew chicken!
