Vanilla Latte

MMM this is a good one even if you aren't a big fan of coffee (like me - I love the smell but it's just too bitter for me) I got this from Kraft foods magazine, which you can receive if you sign up for it on their website.

3 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups freshly brewed coffee

Heat milk in saucepan on low hear until warm, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and coffee. (Makes 4 large cups. (Use 1/4 tsp. almond instead of vanilla if you prefer)

We used vanilla coffee and added sugar afterward - it was yummy!!!

This week Mike also tried out his Wok - we made sesame chicken, next week cashew chicken!
