We had a wonderful week of VBS here. The weather has been hot and sunny. We have had new kids every day. I was able to do a missionary story each day. Mike led challenges and taught the tell me why's, Kristi led the singing, and Joe preached each day on how to avoid danger both while hiking and in the Christian life. The theme for this VBS was Camp Narrow way, with an emphasis on making right choices. I was able to be the group leader for the 1st-3rd graders and have really enjoyed getting to know these kids. The schedule includes rally time, craft, snack, and game time. The kids seem to be really enjoying themselves. Tomorrow after the normal time and awards we will have a picnic.
