Job 37:5-7 God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’; Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength. He seals the hand of every man, That all men may know His work.

Home?
I'm afraid our boys may be associating home with hotels..especially after this week. We were in MN Saturday night and all day Sunday. Mike got to do all three services Sunday and we got to fellowship with Pastor's family over a nice home cooked dinner. That evening after church thought he Pastor told us there was a big storm heading in so we might want to take off. Sadly Mike had not taken a nap that afternoon in hopes of a good night sleep....so 20 minutes later we were on our way. We made it to WI (about 3 hrs south) when our van decided to start acting up...Again. We made it to the nearest exit and found a pretty cheap hotel...next morning we were thrilled to find out their was a Ford dealership around the corner. They were able to look at it at 1 and even find a part we needed about an hour away that they picked up that night, they finished putting it back together the next day. Seems there was a Ford bulletin out how to fix this box that holds the elecrical parts and the place in Greenville had not followed the directions to seal it right...so they paid for all the work here at this place. In the meanwhile we visited the heated indoor pool quite often and caught up on some school work. I also got to skype with my sister Holly in Cameroon Africa one of the afternoons. Wednesday she was headed on a bush trip where she had to carry all her supplies in on her back. I know she is very excited and we are all jealous of the wonderful opportunities she has living there.

hotels aren't always bad places to call home.. i've done it many times! great pic!
I didn't realize your sister was back in Cameroon. The ministry up in the northwest seems to really be flourishing. It's so exciting to see what God is doing after years of faithful missionary service. And I love how the ministry is spreading out with the bush trips especially to see how nationals have gotten involved in it too!
No we're not going to the Missionary Christmas. I'm really not sure how far we are from Foumban -- 4 hours would be my guess. That's where Mrs./Dr. Loescher and Ellen and Carrie are, right? I don't exactly have it figured out where everyone is located.
There's also a Cameroon Baptist Convention missionary hospital up near the Needham's, but I would guess that's 5 hours from us. I did talk with one lady who went up to the missionary hospital up by the Needham's for delivery last year, but she ended up being there for six weeks. She went two weeks before her due date and then she delivered two weeks late and then came home when the baby was two weeks old. She did have a very good experience, though, with the missionary doctors there.
