Job 37:5-7 God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’; Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength. He seals the hand of every man, That all men may know His work.

What a day!
This morning Mike cooked for the men's prayer breakfast at church and then when he got back we headed off for Chuck e cheese. We had gone their for Caleb's birthday and the boys loved it plus it was a fun inexpensive activity for us as a family. So we went again today from 10-11:30 (very few people there in the morning). Then we picked up lunch on the way home and each got a small nap after playing outside. Caleb was really cute today in his overalls - I haven't let him wear them b/c I thought they would be too hard for him to go potty in. He did fine. Next I worked on my first painting - Mike had gotten me some acrylic paints and canvases for Christmas and I've been waiting and making excuses why I hadn't painted yet. I watched a PBS painting show this week and got inspired. SO here's my picture. I think it turned out nice and I look forward to doing more, it also only took me around an hour to do. Then tonight I cleaned the church after dinner and all the boys got haircuts and baths. We are setting our clocks back now and are hoping the kids starting sleeping till 8 instead of 7.

Holy cats, what a day is a very appropriate title! I can't believe how much you got done in one day! Was the chuck e. cheese trip to celebrate anything in particular? And you did a lovely job on the painting! Do you have any experience or is this a new hobby?
