So after years of waiting Mike has finally got a bike. I told him the pedaling kind was much cheaper but you know guys and their expensive toys. We actually have been looking at many prices, many years, and how this would fit into the budget. There have been many bikes God said no to but it was neat to wait and get a great deal on the bike Mike wanted (a starter bike). The biggest challenge was all the hidden costs but not so with this one and whereas we could have gotten a brand new 2007 rebel for about 4200 or a used 6 year old bike for 3100 we were so pleased to get this 2006 bike for 2200.
We got it on a payment plan and the equivalent price is Mike working construction one day a month. Plus he has already saved up for a helmet, insurance for a year, and the first 2 month payments. It has been the topic of conversation especially this past month but I really am glad we could be a place where Mike could have a new toy. We thought we were going to be able to go pick it up Saturday morning but turns out we can't until Monday now. Maybe I'll even learn to drive it someday! :)

Nice "toy." Rob said to tell Mike, "it looks GOOD!" Rob had a bike for a short time, but got over that pretty quick. I think the weather in FL would be more conducive to bike riding!
