AWANA Grand Prix

Last Wednesday night was our church's AWANA grand prix. Here are the hopeful boys before the night starts. Caleb chose the silver shark with blue flames down the side for his design and Titus went with the Tootsie Roll car. They both did a great job winning and losing. We were a little disappointed they had the first race against each other which immediately put Caleb is the loser bracket. He won the next couple races though. Titus continued winning until the end. The video is of him walking with swag up to the racetrack, you can hear the kids chanting "tootsie roll" in the background but he lost by less than a second. We had a good turn out of parents who don't normally attend our church and Mike had a devotion and cookie time too. We are thankful for the large group of kids that come out each Wednesday night.

Titus ended up getting 4th place in Speed and 1st in Design
