Very different then your average Christmas day. It was 80 degrees here today! I still wore a sweater, and kicked myself for it all day. Titus had a bad ear ache all day, but thankfully Wal-greens was open and I was able to get him some ear drops. Mike was also sick with the flu. Mike's parents left MI really early this morning to be here by 10AM. Before they came we had Cinnamon rolls and cleaned up some. Once they got here Caleb told us the meaning behind the Candy cane the him and Titus used the Nativity set to act out the Christmas story. Then we gave gifts to one another. They played with their games till our ham dinner at 12:45 then it was reading time and nap time..insert here Titus waking up screaming about his ear. We had leftovers for dinner, I packed for our trip tomorrow (for our main present the Bennetts are taking us to MOSH tomorrow and a night's stay at a hotel). We sang for Jesus' birthday then we finished the evening by opening stockings and having our Bible story. Actually after the boys went to bed Tina and I packed away the tree and Christmas ornaments. Here are a few of the presents we each got:
Mike - belt and dress shoes - desperately needed items
Carrie - Red Wings shirt made for a girl, watch, turquoise sweater
Caleb - Kid's digital camera, sports sheets and comforter, Trouble, motorcycles
Titus - Digital camera, spots sheets and comforter, Hi-Ho Cherry-o, Thomas phone
Abe - high chair, Red Wings piggy bank, 1st Christmas ornament
