Can you believe it? I can't but I'm excited. Here is a picture of me from this past week - 34 weeks. I've gained 30 lbs this pregnancy and now have a 42 in waist. The baby is still breech...not a big deal since I'm having a c-section, it really only affects my bladder..and therefore not my ribs - due to where the baby is kicking these days. Also here is a picture of my loot from the baby shower.
So today I got a wonderful day away with the church ladies. We went down south about 2 hrs to a church family's lake house. I rode and then drove a jet ski for the first time, rode the boat and did some swimming. I decided not to ride the tube or water ski, although tempting, being 8 mo pregnant. We had lunch there and a good time of fellowship. Mike and the boys helped our music pastor family move into a new house and then went out to Taco Bell for lunch.
I still have a few more details to take care of before we head off for family/teen camp on Monday. I'm really excited. 4 of my siblings will be there as well as my 2 best friends and their families. We made 10 dozen chocolate chip cookies for some of our favorite staffers :) The boys also painted pictures for their aunts. We have 7 teens from our church, one from another, and our family. Please pray for our teens as well as our family to make great decisions. Most importantly to obey when the Holy Spirit speaks. Rusty Smith will be our speaker for the teens this week, Jim Binney is the speaker for family camp this week. We are still praying for Caleb's salvation too.
