....Since Vacation

Just about have you caught up on our lives. The time is flying by and will continue to do so as we have Mike's ordination this weekend, VBS at the end of the month, Family/Teen camp at the Wilds in August, Caleb will start pr-school and then the baby will be here.
I'm down to having by baby appointments down to every other week - so I had one when I got back from vacation. I had Pepsi right before I went and I'm not sure if it was connected but the baby's heartbeat was at 180, he calmed down for a little while but then started moving all over again and got it back up there. He still moves all the time. My hip pain is gone but now I have back and rib pains quite often I also had really bad leg cramps right after our trip - maybe due to being in the car for so long. I think we are pretty settled on the baby's name now...but won't be sharing till he is born (and in case it changes).
Caleb is officially registered for Pre-K! He's very excited. It will only be from 12-3 every day but I'm hoping he learns about classroom etiquette, the grade system and sharing. He will most likely be home schooled from January on so we thought this might be helpful for him in these areas. We have found some books at the library that he has been able to read. He's doing really well in this area.
Titus continues to say more words and tries to tell stories. He is very cute and still quite cuddly.
Other news this week: Our truck lease was up so we returned it and are now a one car family again. The ladies at church had a scrapbook night and I got several pages and cards done. I was looking through our Baptist World Mission papers and noticed we had to have our applications in by August 15 instead of Sept like we had thought so we have been filling those out. I also got the VBS crafts ordered this week. We had a teen afterglow Sunday night and I got my haircut last night.
Today family starts arriving for Mike's ordination this weekend. We'll have about 25 family and friends here before the weekend comes around. It's an exciting time and hopefully won't be too overwhelming for pregnant me - I'm not too worried about Mike - he is firm in his beliefs and is careful to study things from the Bible before making convictions. Still you could pray for both of us this weekend.
