Father's Day

It was pretty cool for the boys and Mike to get to participate in their first father/son cookout Saturday morning. Although the boys are still a little young to do some of the bigger kid events I'm pretty sure they had a great time (and I had some rare peace and quiet here). Today we made orange cinnamon rolls for Mike for breakfast and had a steak dinner for lunch, pizza hut for dinner. Since the boys broke Mike's sunglasses we though that would be a fitting present for this year. The boys also make about 3 cards throughout the week for Mike. We have made so many great memories this year as a family and are so thankful for all Mike's hard work - ministering to others, loving and sacrificing for us and the energy he daily puts out.
I could go on and on about Mike and both of our dads. WE are so thankful to have both been raised by godly loving fathers but I will leave it at that or we could be here for hours. Thank you God for the godly grandfathers, fathers and husband you gave me.
