So we just finished up our U week today because of our vacation. So we did a total of 4 days, the same I plan to do with letter V this week. Today was just to finish up the things I wanted to get to last week - just didn't. We played UNO and Caleb did a super great job on cutting triangles and gluing them together to make an umbrella today. We also read books about Down under, Ugh, and the universe. Our verse for the week was Psalm 75:1 "Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks."
Our Bible stories were about Uriah, Uzziah, and walking uprightly. As for last week Monday our theme was the letter U - reading books called "Fun with U," "The bus for us," and "The useful moose. We also said a cute poem called "unhatched egg." Tuesday was our Up day - Lots of books with the word up as well as poems. Wednesday we read about ugly uncles, well sort of, at least ugly bugs and ducklings but the other books were about uncles. Hope the warmer weather has helped all of you get your spirits up. We enjoyed a beautiful 75 degree day today. Keep your sunny side up, up, up - hope you have a unbelievable wonderful week!

I can't believe you're on U already! Seems like that went by fast. I really like that umbrella craft you made. Are the colorful sections just cut from construction paper?
