Painting pink pigs at a Pajama party sounds peachy!

I know you all have been on pins and needles waiting for me to post all day, I'm sure. After this week I will be a lot more likely to pick the letter "P" if I am ever on Wheel of Fortune - there are so many words that start with P!! We've had a great school week with lots of activities including a Pirate puzzle, painting pink pigs, playing with play dough and going to a Play place. Each day we did a different parable Jesus told and our verse was Ps 147:1 "Praise ye the Lord; for it is good to sing praises unto our God." Caleb did some of his preschool books this week focusing on finishing patterns and learning about pennies. We made pancakes one day for lunch and homemade pizza for dinner, he also ate potato chips and pudding - which are common snacks around here. Some of our favorite books this week were: "If you give a pig a party" "If you give a pig a pancake" "Pink pigs aplenty" "More parts" and "Iggy pig's silly day." He was also really excited when we stopped at Wal-Mart and bought a pinata for his birthday party next week.
