We had a good week of school with plenty of words that start with the letter "L." During our visit in WV we were able to jump in leaves then Monday of this week that was our theme - reading books learning all about why they change color and how they look each season. We also combined the day talking about lights and finished the evening putting the lights and ornaments on the tree. Tuesday we read some really cute books about lemons and also a few on little things. We sang the little drummer boy song and this little light of mine as well as made lemonaide. Wednesday was our day to go to the Library so we read books about libraries and letters.

Thursday was the day about lions - including Daniel and the Lions Den and the tawny scrawny lion. Mike has been very busy this week but he had an hour last night after dinner so he asked to do the lion craft with us. They turned out pretty cute. Then Frida we read many other stories strating with L. I also found a cute idea online this week - I cut the letter L out of cardboard and punched holes all around it for Caleb to lace around it - it was a hit! We also played leap frog and did the long jump this week. Our verse for the week was Is 45:22 "Look unto me and be ye saved." We did several Bible stories including lepers, love and Lot. I've already started on M week, see you back here next week for our M adventures. I still am hoping to get another L done this week - my Christmas Letters!
