This week I found so many books to start with G but not many of the same theme. Monday we talked about the "golden rule" read several book variations of Goldilocks and books about geese (I was not able to get a hold of the golden goose book though). Tuesday was our gruff, grouchy giant day - 3 billy goat gruffs, the hungry giant of the Tundra and some poems about giants. This day and a few others we talked about Gideon. We sang "Amazing grace" every day and on Wednesday was our Give thanks day - we read books on grandparents and the Gingerbread man. Then we made cards for the Grandparents for Thanksgiving. Our verse this week was really short I Jn. 4:8 "God is Love" but he also had two verses to say for clubs. He drew how God showed us love as well as a Curious George monkey. Thursday was Green Guinea Pig day. Friday was a smorgasbord of topics. For snacks this week we had granola bars. We have also had the guitar out several times this week. :)
